Rates & Referral
Occupational therapy is reimbursed from the basic insurance. This means that everyone is entitled to reimbursement for 10 hours of occupational therapy per calendar year (this can be more from your supplementary insurance). As with all care from the basic insurance, your deductible is first used for this. In 2026 this is €385,- unless you have chosen a higher deductible yourself.
Referral
Occupational therapy is directly accessible. Therefore, it is not necessary to arrange a referral with your GP or specialist, unless you are insured with CZ. In that case, it is necessary to bring a referral to your intake interview.
Contracted care
In 2026, Ergotherapie Inclusief has concluded contracts with DSW, Menzis, ONVZ, and Zorg & Zekerheid (and all insurance companies that are part of these organisations). This means that if you are insured with one of these insurers, the invoices will be submitted directly to your insurer.
Cancellation policy
Appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. If appointments are not cancelled in time or if appointments are not kept, a fee of €75 will be charged. For more information about our general terms and conditions, click here.
Non-contracted care 2026
Ergotherapie Inclusief has not concluded any contracts with ASR, Caresq, CZ, EU Care Group, Salland, Promovendum, VGZ, and Zilveren Kruis (and all insurance companies that are part of these organisations). The visions and expectations of these companies on health care and other societal issues don’t align with what Ergotherapie Inclusief stands for.
Are you insured with one of these insurers or insurers that fall under them? You will receive the invoice from Ergotherapie Inclusief directly. You can submit this invoice to your health insurance for a reimbursement. Keep in mind your deductible and a partial coverage of around 70-80% depending on your insurance. For specific information about the coverage of non contracted care, I advise you to contact your insurer.
